• Builder-Backed Structural Warranty: Perry Homes provides a 10-year warranty for major structural components, including foundations, framing, and load-bearing walls. This structural coverage is managed entirely by the builder, with no third-party administrator involved.
• Habitability Guarantee: A 10-year warranty of habitability covers defects that significantly impair the home’s use for essential living functions such as sleeping, sanitation, or food preparation.
• Texas-Focused Foundation Care: Homeowners are required to maintain stable moisture levels in the soil within five feet of the home and preserve original drainage slopes. Deviations from this can void warranty protection for foundation-related damage.
• Builder-Monitored System and Material Standards: Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical delivery systems, as well as materials and finishes, are covered for a minimum of two years. Repairs are performed according to Perry’s own detailed performance standards.
• No Coverage for All Components or Defects: Not every component of the home is covered. Even for included items, not all potential problems require action under the warranty, depending on whether performance standards are met.
